If you have any issues with the above form, please make sure that you have accepted our cookies, and have allowed scripts to run, otherwise you may get an error. You can also try using this form on our support portal instead, or use the Ticket tab in the Chat icon (bottom left of all pages on our sites).
You can contact us via the Chat Button on the bottom left of any page of this site, if we are not available (we are offline) you can still leave a message via the chat feature and we will get back to you as soon as we can. The chat feature also includes many Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and the answers to them. This can be accessed via the Help Center or Home tabs in the chat window (this is also searchable).
We are also on Skype, WhatsApp and Facebook (click on the relevant icon in the top-left of any page on out site to use these options).

You will need to click on the link sent to you in the meeting booking email (on your computer, Mac, Windows, Linux or Chromebook, or your smartphone). This will use Zoho Meeting. If you use a computer you will need to use a headset unless it has a built in microphone and speakers.
For those of you that are not comfortable using computers or apps, you will have the option to call in rather than use an app (web meeting/VOIP).
There are local dial-in numbers for most countries (listed here), so you can use your landline/mobile if you prefer. However, you still need to book a meeting with us.
