Terms and Conditions

The following are the legal terms and conditions of use that you agree to be legally bound to when downloading or purchasing any maps or cards from talkytoaster sites.

These terms and conditions are NOT optional, if you do not agree to be legally bound by them, then do not download or purchase any mapping or cards from talkytoaster sites.

General:

All maps created by Talkytoaster are not allowed to be sold, re-sold, electronically or included on products that are sold (GPS, MicroSD cards, DVDs, etc.) either via physical stores, electronic stores or car boot sales, events, meetings, etc. as this is a breach of the terms and conditions of use.

Any individual, company or organisation found to be in breach of these terms and conditions may be prosecuted to the full extent allowed under the law.

FREE Maps:

Failure to abide by these terms will risk the continuation of them being offered for free.

TT 1:50K Look n Feel Maps:

Same general terms as listed above, and furthermore:

Subscription: – This entitles you to download the map(s) for your personal use for the period of the subscription, no commercial use is allowed without written permission of talkytoaster.

You are not allowed to sell, re-sell, or distribute the TT 1:50K Look n Feel maps in any way without written permission of talkytoaster.

The TT 1:50K Look n Feel maps include material that is copyrighted by talkytoaster and therefore these maps are protected by law.

Pre-loaded cards and Electronic Downloads: – This entitles you to use the pre-loaded card (including the maps installed on the card) or the paid for electronic download map(s) for your personal use on your personal Garmin devices. No commercial use is allowed without written permission of talkytoaster.

You are not allowed to sell, re-sell, or distribute the TT 1:50K Look n Feel maps in any way without written permission of talkytoaster.

The TT 1:50K Look n Feel maps include material that is copyrighted by talkytoaster and therefore these maps are protected by law.
